Coaching and Training

Coaching and training sessions are optional and a great way to improve on Personal Bests.

Season 2018 / 2019 training sessions are held twice weekly starting 24th September 2018.

Monday – 6:00pm until 7:30pm (Sprints, Strength and Conditioning & Long Jump)

Tuesday – 6:00pm until 7.30pm (Hurdles)

Wednesday – 6:00pm until 7:30pm (Sprints, Strength and Conditioning & Throws)

 

Additionally Little Athletics  NSW has operates coaching clinics & live-in coaching camps for members and for those who want to “come & try”. Each year a number of such clinics are organised and conducted at various venues throughout the state. For more information please visit the LANSW site here
