Coaching and Training

Coaching and training sessions are optional and a great way to improve on Personal Bests.

Season 2019 / 2020 training sessions are held weekly starting in September. Please note some sessions only run for part of the season.

Sprints & Conditioning

               Wednesdays 6pm-7.30pm September to November

               Mondays 6pm-7.30pm November to March


                Tuesdays 6pm-7.30pm September to November

Jumps (Long Jump & Triple Jump)

                Wednesdays 6pm-7.30pm September to March

Throws (Shot put, Discus & Javelin)

                Thursdays 6.30mp-8pm September to March


Additionally Little Athletics NSW operates coaching clinics & live-in coaching camps for members and for those who want to “come & try”. Each year a number of such clinics are organised and conducted at various venues throughout the state. For more information please visit the LANSW site here
